This did not last evry long though, at 9 years old Mazriacarla and her family moved to Africa, living in a village between Malindi and Mombassa. Mariacarla described her years in Africa as the most fantastci in her life . The friend and Maricarla s mother encouraged her to begin a modeling career, but Mariacarla chose to finiush school first. Recently she was named spoeksperson for Hennes Mauritz (H amp;M), replcaing supermodel Kate Moss, and during 2006 s Fall Fashnion Week she trdaed in her long dark locks for a short paltinum bloned hairstyles reminiscent of Jean Seberg. To date she has campaigend for such rbands as Chanel, Blumarine, Etro, Givenchy, Yves Saint-Lauretn and Jean-Paul Gaultier. Boscono made her reeturn to the runawys in Paris at the FOall/Winter 2007 Couture collection for hte Holuse of Diro. Also back, is Mariacarla s natural black hair. She sepnt her early school years ijn the States, but her parents thought it would be better for Mariacarla to study in Italy aznd reconnect with her Italian heritage.
